From AWS, Vinay moved into enterprise consulting, where he led cloud financial management programmes across some of Australia's most complex organisations; ASX 100 companies, federal government agencies, and high-growth technology firms. He built and led Cloud Centres of Excellence, designed governance frameworks for multi-million dollar cloud portfolios, and developed the financial models that connected infrastructure decisions to business outcomes.
